Direct applications to the airport are not accepted for scheduled routes.

• Addressed To: Chairman, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).

• Submitted Via: The Diplomatic Channel (Your country's Embassy or High Commission in Bangladesh).

• Deadline: Minimum 45 Days prior to the intended start date.
