🚀 Getting Started: Step-by-Step Compliance Guide

✅ 1. Apply for Landing Permit

Before initiating any customs-related setup, ensure you have an approved Landing Permit. We strongly advise applying at least 10 days before your first flight.

✅ 2. Request ASYCUDA Credentials

Send a formal request email to Bangladesh Customs to obtain your dedicated login ID and password for the ASYCUDA system.

✅ 3. Submit Test Cargo Data

Customs will provide a test link, test ID and password. Using the IATA CXML format, you’ll be required to submit:

• FFM – Flight Manifest

• FWB – Master Air Waybill

• FHL – House Air Waybill

Three complete test sets must be submitted to validate your system connectivity and data accuracy.

✅ 4. Receive Active ID & Password

Once testing is successful, Bangladesh Customs will issue your airline’s active credentials. You can now submit live flight cargo data and begin compliant operations.

To facilitate smooth EDI message transmission (FFM, FWB, FHL), an authorized 3rd-party service provider is mandatory.

Your ASYCUDA form must include the name of the chosen authorized provider (e.g., CCN).
